All gold purchased through Ponvalam is:

Held in segregated, fully insured vaults operated by licensed third-party custodians.
Subject to regular independent third-party audits to verify holdings match customer balances.
Completely ring-fenced from the company's operational assets — customer gold is not used as collateral by the company.

Risk Disclosures

Investing in gold involves risks. By participating in any Ponvalam scheme, customers acknowledge the following:

Market Risk: The price of gold fluctuates based on domestic and international market forces, including but not limited to currency movements, geopolitical events, and supply/demand dynamics. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Liquidity Risk: While gold is generally highly liquid, redemption may be subject to processing time and market conditions at the time of redemption.
Regulatory Risk: Changes in government policy or tax regulations may affect the value or accessibility of gold investments.
Early Exit Risk: Premature closure of a scheme may result in forfeiture of bonuses and application of early closure charges as specified in the scheme agreement.

Grievance Redressal

Ponvalam has a dedicated grievance redressal mechanism to address customer complaints promptly and fairly:

Level 2: Escalate to our Grievance Officer at grievance@ponvalam.com. Resolution within 15 working days.
Level 3: For unresolved disputes, customers may approach the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
