3. Savings Plans
Ponvalam offers digital gold savings plans that allow users to accumulate gold value through monthly contributions. All contributions are converted to gold at prevailing market rates at the time of payment.
4. Payments
All payments must be made through RBI-authorised payment gateways. Ponvalam does not store any debit or credit card details.
5. Redemption
Redemption of accumulated gold is subject to the terms of the selected plan. At maturity, users may redeem in the form of jewellery through partner jewellers or continue holding digital gold.
6. Early Withdrawal
Early redemption is permitted subject to applicable charges and platform policies displayed at the time of transaction.
7. Platform Usage
Users must not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities. Ponvalam reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ponvalam shall not be liable for any loss arising from market fluctuations, technical interruptions, or unauthorised account access due to user negligence.
9. Modification of Services
Ponvalam reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service, plan, or feature. We will inform users in advance through official website updates or notifications before discontinuing any service whenever applicable.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or violate any applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
